AJ Clay Pomade is my go-to product

Started using Andrew James products with the matte pomade a couple years ago, which I really liked. It looked great, washed out easy, and smelled good. They sent a sample of the clay pomade and I made the switch. It has a dry type finish with medium hold. It's pretty reworkable and I don't have to worry about putting too much in as it doesn't build up.

I have pretty thick somewhat wavy/curly hair (depending on humidity) and I go with a professional, yet disheveled messy look. This stuff works perfectly without looking at all greasy or building up. The green apple scent is very natural and smells great. My roommate uses AJ products exclusively now too. If you want a slightly less dry product, try the matte pomade. If you’re thinking about it, just get it.
